Once an order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. International Shipping
For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs clearance procedures may also cause delays in delivery times.
6. Shipping Delays

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging and shipping your items, but if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship to [North Korea, Syria, Iran, Cuba]. We are continually working to expand our delivery areas.
